We want everyone to be able to shop at Hookah Stuff, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, screen zoom or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We check our pages with automated tools and by hand, and we fix problems as we find them. This is ongoing work, and some parts of the site may not meet every guideline yet.

Accessibility options on this site

Every page has an Accessibility options button at the bottom of the page. It opens a panel where you can:

  • make text larger, change line and letter spacing, switch to a font for dyslexia, make text bold or change its alignment;
  • use a reading guide or reading mask, highlight links and headings, and look up words in a dictionary;
  • change contrast, color saturation and color filters, invert colors, or turn on a color blindness mode;
  • use a big cursor, a text magnifier, read-aloud, a page summary, a virtual keyboard, a list of headings and links, voice navigation, dictation and keyboard shortcuts;
  • mute sound, stop animations, and hide images or videos;
  • pick a ready-made profile, such as Visually impaired, Seizure safe or Elderly users.

Some options depend on your browser. For example, voice navigation and dictation do not work in Firefox, and the big cursor and text magnifier need a mouse.

Your settings are saved in your browser on this device and are not sent to us. The dictionary looks words up in a free online dictionary, and the voice options use your browser’s speech service.

Content from other services

Some parts of the site come from other providers, such as product reviews, live chat, sign-up forms, payment options and the Shopify checkout. We cannot fully control how these parts work. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we will help.
