Tangiers Peach Cobbler

This is a strong and saturated peach, sweet, juicy, on the exhale acquiring notes of apple syrup. The aroma of baking is clearly felt. But these are not familiar cinnamon rolls, but rather baked fruits covered with sweet oat crumbs.
